Smoking permitted only in areas designated by the captain.
No pets are permitted unless approved by the yacht owner.
Specific dockage/marina requests cannot be guaranteed unless a credit card is provided in advance and availability is noted at that time.
Use of personal watercraft is only permitted subject to the operator having the appropriate license and meeting local operating regulations. Any liability arising from non-compliance is entirely at the operator’s risk.
All vessels come with the necessary safety equipment.
Any damage caused by any guest to the yacht and/or the yachts equipment shall be paid by the Charterer and may be withheld from the APA until estimates are available. The Charterer has the right to purchase additional insurance for such incidents.
The cost of all wire fees incurred should be at the cost of the party forwarding monies
Day Charter
No more than 12 passengers allowed at any time.
The charterer can freely appoint a captain (referred to in charter agreement as “contractor”) and crew for their charter.
Payment must be collected in full at the time of charter acceptance and confirmation.
AYCA bareboat charter agreements must be signed off by charterer, owner, contractor and broker.
Once contract has been executed, no refunds will be given due to charterer cancellation.
A refund may only be provided due to mechanical failure, or “Force majeure.”
Our charters start at a minimum of a four-hour duration.
A half day charter is four hours, and a full day charter is eight hours.
ID may be required by the captain at the time of embarkation. Please have it with you.
For any passengers that have special medical requirements, please ensure that you bring the medication with you.
When booking online, sales tax, gratuities and credit card processing fees are collected with the charter fee.
Ice, waters and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.
Global Term Charters
No more than 12 passengers allowed at any time unless stated otherwise.
A standard 30-35% advanced provisions (APA) must be collected on all term charters. This will be used to cover all charter expenses.
AYCA or MYBA charter agreements must be fully executed in order to confirm the charter.
A 50% deposit will be collected at signing.
The remaining balance including any tax or VAT plus the entire APA must be paid no less than 30 days prior to embarkation.
At the time of disembarkation, the captain will run through the charter expenses and deduct the amount from the APA. Any funds left over will be returned to the charterer or can be used to supplement crew gratuities.
Crew gratuity is considered discretionary but is suggested between 15-20% of the gross charter fee if the crew has given exceptional service.
