No more than 12 passengers allowed at any time unless stated otherwise.
A standard 30-35% advanced provisions (APA) must be collected on all term charters. This will be used to cover all charter expenses.
AYCA or MYBA charter agreements must be fully executed in order to confirm the charter.
A 50% deposit will be collected at signing.
The remaining balance including any tax or VAT plus the entire APA must be paid no less than 30 days prior to embarkation.
At the time of disembarkation, the captain will run through the charter expenses and deduct the amount from the APA. Any funds left over will be returned to the charterer or can be used to supplement crew gratuities.
Crew gratuity is considered discretionary but is suggested between 15-20% of the gross charter fee if the crew has given exceptional service.
