SERENA

SERENA

Initially hitting the water in 1964, Serena became a symbol of nautical elegance in the exhilarating times of the 60s. Fast forward to five decades later, this maritime masterpiece, the brainchild of Carlo Riva, was totally revamped and upgraded exceeding its original pristine condition while being preserved by Feadship.

The majestic renovation embracing 43,000 hours employed cutting-edge techniques and high-end materials more commonly utilised on significantly larger Feadships. Priorities were given to elements like vibration damping, noise suppression, fuel efficiency, and thermal insulation, while transforming the engine room into a self-contained unit and modernizing the stabilization to meet 21st-century standards.

Serena has undergone a revamp that break norms for motor yachts of her class, earning her the moniker of 'the quintessential mini-megayacht.'

Serena 's exterior decks, beautifully finished in teak, encompass three distinct lounging zones providing the perfect balance of sun and shade:

The top deck boasts substantial sunbathing pads, seclusive on three sides by its wind barriers, providing options for both sun-drenched or shaded relaxation.

The forward deck includes sedentary space ahead of the cabin house and a sprawling teak front deck, ideal for steamer chairs.

The expansive deck in the rear comes with a static sofa and table on the front and copious movable teak seats at the rear. This area can also be shaded with foldable canvas sails when needed. The dock ladder is reserved for port side entry, while the starboard side provides perfect tender access via the boarding stairs.

The main deck also includes an indoor/outdoor pilothouse. The port side features a comfy settee and a flexible table or workspace. There's a splendid helm area forward, showcasing modern electronics hidden within chic cabinetry.

Descending from the pilothouse, wood-panelled guest quarters await:

The aft end of this deck houses the full beam master bedroom, adorned with a queen size berth on starboard and a plush sofa/settee on port. This room also houses a large screen TV, full size closet, and an ensuite bathroom featuring marble surfaces and an overhead rain shower.

Moving forward, there are two cabins on either side, featuring twin bunks. The starboard cabin includes an ensuite bathroom, while the port cabin's bathroom doubles as a day head.

Beyond the pilothouse is a staircase leading down to the vast dining salon with sizable wooden flooring, almost merging with the outdoor view thanks to the openable windows on three sides. There's a wrap-around seating area and large dining table on the port, a small desk/work station at the forward, and ample storage space, including a large TV on a lift, on the starboard. The overhead spotlights a beautiful white-paneled arched ceiling.

Following another level down, you'll arrive at the surprisingly effective cook’s galley. There's a four-burner stove, oven, and microwave before the work area and stainless sink on port. On the starboard, a crew dining area and pantry are positioned, and stainless steel dual refrigerators/freezers line the aft wall.

Proceeding forward will take you to the crew’s quarters. There are two bunk beds to port and a private Captain’s chamber to starboard. They share a separate bathroom and shower located in the forepeak.

Aft of the galley, lifting the staircase reveals a watertight door leading to the engine room. Before the door, there are inventive sets of mobile toolboxes. This mechanism can be relocated to reveal additional spare parts storage areas outboard on both port and starboard. Beyond the watertight door, a miniaturized version of extensive-yacht equipment is neatly installed in the engine room.
